Kate, don't recommend that powder, it has tons of hidden preservatives (citric acid), sugar, sodium and potassium plus some hidden as Natural Flavors (which means high fructose corn syrup). Folks with Diabetes and some other comorbidities need to watch out. If you want to stay hydrated drink plain water. These powders also affect your kidneys and increases the onset of thyroid problems. The ingredient Gammagard causes: Headache. Fever. Nausea. Chills/shaking. chills. Pain in hands. or feet. Diarrhea. Migraine. Dizziness

Wish you could show how you added the magatamas to the freeform peyota bead. Peyote is my favorite stitch. Love this show.
